Inland road works, maintenance and fire protection services

HQP is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to source suitably qualified suppliers to supply road works, maintenance and fire protection services in HQP’s Inland region for an initial term of three years with an option to extend for two years.

The main work opportunity offered by this RFP is road construction and maintenance services including bridge and culvert construction, quarry operations, roadside vegetation management, traffic management planning and fire protection services.  More information is included in the draft contract, roading standard, specifications and related contract documents, which are available upon request.

It is anticipated that contracts with suitably qualified suppliers will commence on 1 July 2025 once negotiations have successfully concluded.
